なかなかやるじゃないか！姑息にも私に陣営のレッテルを貼ろうとするとはね！エイダが逃れて研究員たちを出し抜いたとの説には私も賛同するし、エイダが何者かあるいは何かとの「融合」を果たしたのは間違いないことだろう。それが何であったかの確たる証拠は私も得られてはいない。カッパープレートが我々の世界のジャービスとやりとりしたときのことを考えるに、エイダはオシリス世界に対して関心を失った可能性もあるのではないかと感じている。もっとも、より大きな計略を達成するまでの間は我々を無視することにしただけなのかもしれないね。

これは新たな調査員を募るうえで常々最も苦労していることだ。なんとかしようと模索してはいるが、我々の住まうこのオシリス・ノードは動向が極めて著しく、それにもまだまだ時間を要する。我々は誰もが、今起きていることに何とか追いつこうとしているのだ。少しばかり役に立つとすれば、ムスタファ・サイードの用意してくれたあらすじを確認してみてくれ。2018年頃から2019年08月頃にネメシスが到来する直前までのイングレス世界で何が起こったかがわかるだろう。

I asked that in the AMA, I guess its current whereabouts are unkown at the moment. She might have escaped and merged with Omnivore.
After this sequence, the Researchers lose their sensitivity, so it's likely ADA outplayed the researchers and keeps her XM sensitivity. So for now, let's try to put everything together regarding what we were told:
-The Resistance is pursuing human augmentation according Misty Hannah.
-We have new items: Kinetic capsules, Battle beacons which explore potential new uses of XM.
-"In Mind Over Control": Yuen Ni and Catherin were talking about the possible side effect of "controlling people" from fields, debating wether this is a good idea or not, they also hinted that Nemesis knew about the flaw of their "Googles", which wanted to mind control users through glyphs.
So maybe the backdoor that Misty and (we don't know who yet) to help ADA to escape, was to path their way to Omnivore and use the flaw from Hulong to install her in humans' minds. My hot take here, is that if we "failed" the Eos protocol, which goal is to safekeep the portal network, ADA may have paved her way to her own goals: experiencing human world through her own senses, as she did with Wendy before. (There was a video of multiple copies of ADA)
I think I could elaborate this a bit more, but perhaps I'm overthinking, (what's your opinion). Finally, I would love to thank @Truthseeker for answering my questions, your answers have been so "enlightening".

Well played, a sneaky way to almost give me a Faction tag!

I agree with the theory of ADA escaping and outsmarted the other Researchers, and she definitely 'merged' with someone, some entity, or something. I just don't have proof of what that may be. Looking back at Copperplate's conversation with our Jarvis, I kept thinking could there be a chance that she has lost interest in Osiris? Or perhaps she's temporarily ignoring us until she is done with her bigger agenda.

Hi, this has always been one of the biggest struggles to recruit new investigators. I am looking for ways to help, but it will take some time as the Osiris Node (the world we are living in right now) is moving in a very fast pace. We are all trying to catch up to what's been happening. If it helps a little bit, check out these series by MustafaSaid. It gives you a idea of what happened in the Ingress World since around 2018 up till right before Nemesis came to visit us (2019. 08).
