このようなことが起こり得る可能性は充分にあります。審査対象を選択する基準には幾つかあり、そのひとつがホームタウンですが、そのホームタウンに審査対象が検索できない場合には、他の基準に沿って提供されることになります。より広大な半径距離内やそれでも審査対象が枯渇している場合には国全体に及ぶことになるでしょう。

ただし、今回の事例は想定とはかけ離れたもののため、調査しましょう。

Hi folks,

I've flagged this to the Wayfarer team to review.

It's entirely possible that this could happen, there are a number of selection criteria for picking the nominations for reviewers. One of which is hometown. So if there's nothing available to review in their hometown search bucket, it'll serve stuff from the other criteria like other nearby within a larger radial distance and possibly even country wide, if everything else has been exhausted.

These examples look to be way outside of what's expected however, so we'll look into this.
