| 質問 ふたつほど質問があります。まず、ありふれた商業店舗とスポンサーとの違いですが、スポンサーは審査対象となるのでしょうか。それともナイアンティック社で処理されるのでしょうか。スバルのディーラーが審査対象となっていましたが、スポンサーでもない商業店舗を承認すべきなのかわかりませんでした。そのディーラーには歩道らしきものもあり4車線ある幹線道路からは離れていましたが、こうした条件は一般的に安全と見做されるものなのでしょうか。プレイヤーを幹線道路沿いに誘導させたくはないものの、歩行者のアクセス自体は可能でした。 |
| 意見 ナイアンティック社がスポンサーに関連する全ての問題を処理しますよ。商業店舗の審査でスポンサー制度を考慮すべきではありませんね。その商業施設が地元の魅力ある名所や秘宝の基準を満たしていて「対象外のウェイスポット」に合致していないのであれば、承認されるはずですね。歩行者のアクセスに関する懸念については、ディーラーとは歩いてくるものですから、当然歩行者がアクセスできるでしょうね。 |

ここで少々説明を追加させてもらいます。スポンサーについて意見にあった言及は正しいものです。ナイアンティックでスポンサーのウェイスポットは全て処理されており、審査対象となっている全てのウェイスポットは契約対象でないと見做すことができます。
今回のディーラーについては、独自のものでもなく注目に値することもないものであり、ありふれた商業店舗の基準により不適格となります。

Generic Businesses
Hello,
Two part question:
Generic vs sponsored businesses. Would sponsors even show up in the review queue, or are those handled by Niantic proper? I came across a Subaru dealership and my major point of uncertainty was questioning if I should be thinking about the concept of sponsorship and approving a non sponsored business.
Dealership appeared to be off of a major 4 lane highway (Plausible safety concerns) but had a sidewalk (?). Would y'all consider those conditions be generally considered safe? I feel like you don't really want to lure players to the side of a highway, but technically it was pedestrian accessible.TheFarix-PGO

Generic Businesses
Niantic handles all issues involving sponsorships. We should not be factoring sponsorships (real or potential) when review a business. If a business meets the criteria for a local attraction/hyper-local spot or hidden gem and doesn't meet any of the "Ineligible Wayspot" conditions, then you should approve it.
As for your concern about pedestrian access, a dealership is meant to have pedestrians walking around so of course it has pedestrian access.NianticCasey-ING

Hi folks,Adding a little clarification here: what @TheFarix-PGO said about sponsored Wayspots is correct. The Niantic team will handle all of these Wayspost, so you can safely assume that any Wayspot that you're reviewing is not subject to an agreement with us.
With regard to this dealership, I would say that (unless there's something that I'm missing, maybe it is a popular meetup for...people who like cars or something?) this is not unique or notable and ineligible under the generic business criteria.
