| 意見 ブラジルにおける私有地の解釈に対して、ナイアンティック社は介入して私有地に関する基準を明示すべきだと思います。レディット上のスレッドでは、ナイアンティック社が数え切れぬほどを削除し、復元の申し立てを却下してきたにも関わらず、ブラジルでは私有地の境界にある壁画といったものは依然として適格であると強い確信が持たれています。私はこの問題に関する以前の言及を紹介しましたが、それはコロンビアのウェイスポットにのみ適用されるものであって「社会的、文化的な違い」から他国に適用できるものではないとの回答がありました。ナイアンティック社の提示した具体的な基準を無視することを正当化するため特定の地域の審査担当者で用いられるのを度々目にしています。 |

今後のために、ここでもお伝えしておきます。外壁といった個人の所有資産にウェイスポットとなり得るようなものがあったとしても、それは不適格です。

Brazil's Private Residential Property Interpretation Problem
@NianticCasey-ING I think Niantic really needs to step in and clarify the rules regarding Wayspots on private residential property. As the linked Reddit thread posted below, there is a strong belief among Brazilian Wayfarers that murals and other objects on the outside face of security walls of private homes are still eligible despite countless times Niantic has removed them and rejected appeals to restore them. When I linked your previous comments about this matter, the response was that it only involved a Colombian Wayspot and it don't apply to other countries because of "social and cultural differences". I've seen this same argument used in mutiple other occasions before when reviewers from certain regions to justify ignoring certain rules Niantic has laid out.

Thanks for the flag @TheFarix-PGO, I'll comment on this discussion directly on Reddit.For posterity, I'll say it here: if a possible Wayspot appears on any part of someone's property, including the exterior wall, it's ineligible.
