トゥルースシーカー諸君、クレーゼ博士とリントン=ウルフ博士から2つの不可解なメッセージがポータルネットワークを介して得られた。国家情報局ではそれを復号することで重要な手掛かりを得られるものと考えている。第1のメッセージはクレーゼとリントン=ウルフで交わされた記録文書が手に入ることに加え、第2のメッセージを読み解く手掛かりが得られる。記録文書を先んじて回収した陣営は1ポイントを獲得することとなる。先例とは異なり、捜索時間と推察時間とが設けられるが、詳細は後述する。捜索時間内に第2のメッセージを先んじて復号させた陣営は、テッセラ「ビクトリア・クレーゼ」としての2ポイントを獲得する。他方の陣営も捜索時間内に第2のメッセージを復号させた場合に限り、その陣営はテッセラ「オリバー・リントン=ウルフ」としての2ポイントを獲得する。

ポイントと第1発見者認証に係る詳細は次のとおりだ。

1. ポイント獲得はこのスレッドへ投稿された「有効な」スキャナー内メディア・オブジェクトのスクリーンショットの投稿順により判断される。以下、例示。
   
   1. 記録文書のスキャナー内スクリーンショットを最初に投稿したエージェントの所属陣営は1ポイントを獲得する。また、そのエージェントはトラッカーとしてパラゴン・メダルを獲得することとなる。
   2. テッセラ「クレーゼ」のスキャナー内スクリーンショットを最初に投稿したエージェントの所属陣営（A）は2ポイントを獲得し、そのエージェントが第1発見者となる。また、所属陣営がこのテッセラの推察を行う機会を得る。
   3. 陣営（B）でテッセラ「クレーゼ」のスキャナー内スクリーンショットを最初に投稿したエージェントはテッセラ「オリバー・リントン=ウルフ」のパスコードを得る。そのエージェントがテッセラ「オリバー・リントン=ウルフ」のスキャナー内スクリーンショットを投稿することで、所属陣営（B）は2ポイントを獲得し、そのエージェントが第1発見者となる。また、所属陣営がこのテッセラの推察を行う機会を得る。その後、パスコードは陣営（A）にも提供される。
   4. そのエージェントが所在不明若しくはベセルによる直接の連絡手段がない場合、テッセラ「オリバー・リントン=ウルフ」のパスコードは、テレグラム・チャンネル上で陣営（B）へ提供される。ただし、そのエージェントは引き続き第1発見者として扱われる。
   5. テッセラ「オリバー・リントン=ウルフ」の推察にはポップクイズがある。陣営（B）の第1発見者は陣営（A）で最初にテッセラ「オリバー・リントン=ウルフ」のスクリーンショット投稿したエージェントと競うこととなる。この陣営（A）のエージェントは推察を行うことでトレッカーとしてパラゴン・メダルを獲得できる。
2. 実物のテッセラは後日、第1発見者へ郵送される。ベセルからの連絡がある。
3. 推察時間は65分間である。いずれの陣営も時間内にメッセージを復号できなかった場合は配置を推察する機会も失うこととなる。その場合はネメシスが当該テッセラで2ポイントを獲得する。
4. 捜索時間はパズルの提供から2時間となっている。いずれの陣営も時間内に第2のメッセージを復号できない場合、当該テッセラのディスカバリーポイント2ポイントもネメシスが獲得する。
5. このバーチャル・ライブドロップは日本標準時2020年06月27日03時00分に実施される。

注釈：有効なパスコード交換はサーバー検証が行われ、実際に復号に関わっていなければならない。

陣営（A）が推察時間内に第2メッセージを復号すると、陣営（A）は発見したものとして2ポイントを獲得し、推察の機会を得る。
陣営（B）が推察時間内に第2メッセージを復号すると、陣営（B）は発見したものとして2ポイントを獲得し、両陣営は推察でのポイントを獲得するため競うこととなる。

事例その2
陣営（A）が推察時間内に第2メッセージを復号すると、陣営（A）は発見したものとして2ポイントを獲得し、推察の機会を得る。
陣営（B）が推察時間後に第2メッセージを復号すると、陣営（B）は発見したものとして2ポイントを獲得するが、いずれの陣営もテッセラ「オリバー・リントン=ウルフ」の推察機会を失い、ネメシスが推察で2ポイントを獲得する。

推察時間が過ぎ、ネメシスは双方のテッセラから2ポイントずつ、計4ポイントを推察で獲得する。
陣営（A）が推察時間内に第2メッセージを復号し、陣営（A）は発見したものとして2ポイントを獲得し、推察の機会を得る。
陣営（B）が推察時間後に第2メッセージを復号したが陣営（B）はポイントを得られず、ネメシスが発見したものとして2ポイントを獲得する。

Truthseekers: Two cryptic messages were intercepted by Dr. Kureze and Dr. Lynton-Wolfe from the Portal Network. The NIA believes, by decoding them, you will receive important insight. Message #1 will give us the original transcript between Kureze and OLW plus the lead for solving Message #2. First Faction to retrieve the transcript will get 1 pt. Different from previous drops, there will be a Prediction Window as well as a Discovery Window (see below for details). The first Faction to decode Message #2 within the Discovery Window will gain 2 pts for Tessera Victoria Kureze. The other Faction will gain 2 pts for Tessera Live Drop Oliver Lynton-Wolfe only if they have also decrypted Message #2 within the Discovery Window.

Here are the details for points & First Discoverer designation -

1. The points will be determined by the order of valid* in-Scanner Media Object screenshots submitted to this thread, .i.e.
   1. The first Agent to submit the in-Scanner screenshot of the transcript wins 1 pt for their Faction. This Agent will qualify for the Paragon Medal as a Tracker.
   2. The first Agent to submit the in-Scanner screenshot of Tessera Kureze wins 2 pts for their Faction(A) and is designated the First Discoverer. You also secure your Faction's chance to make a Prediction for this Tessera.
   3. The first Agent from Faction(B) to submit the in-Scanner screenshot of Tessera Kureze will be given the code for Tessera OLW. After said Agent has posted the in-Scanner screenshot of Tessera OLW to this thread, they will gain 2 pts and be designated First Discoverer. Then, the code will be shared with Faction(A).
   4. The code for Tessera OLW will be given to Faction(B) through TG channels, if the Agent is MIA or Vessels have no direct means to contact them. The Agent will still be designated the First Discoverer.
   5. There will be a pop quiz for the Prediction of Tessera OLW. The Faction(B) First Discoverer will be competing against the first Agent from Faction(A) that posted the screenshot of Tessera OLW. This Faction(A) Agent will qualify for the Paragon Medal as a Tracker once they've made their Prediction.
2. The physical Tesserae will be mailed at a later time to the First Discoverers. Vessels will reach out.
3. Your Prediction Window is 65 min. If a Faction doesn't decode both messages in time, they will lose the chance to make Placement Predictions. Nemesis will hence gain 2 pts for that Tessera.
4. Your Discovery Window is 2 Hrs from the drop of the puzzle. If a Faction doesn't decode Message #2 in time, the 2 pts for Tessera Discovery also go to Nemesis.
5. This Virtual Live Drop will take place @ June 26th 18:00 UTC

Valid*: Passcode redemption verified in server by the NIA and actually participated in the decoding process.

I have a question about this rule.
If a Faction doesn't decode both messages in time, they will lose the chance to make Placement Predictions. Nemesis will hence gain 2 pts for that Tessera.
If a Faction doesn't decode Message #2 in time, the 2 pts for Tessera Discovery also go to Nemesis.
What happens when only one of the faction doesn't decode message during each window? If so, does Nemesis gain the point?

Example scenario 1:

Faction A decodes Message #2 within Prediction Window --> Faction A gets 2 pts for Discovery, and the chance to make a Prediction.

Faction B decodes Message #2 within Prediction Window --> Faction B gets 2 pts for Discovery; Both Factions compete in getting the Prediction pt.

Example scenario 2:

Faction A decodes Message #2 within Prediction Window --> Faction A gets 2 pts for Discovery, and the chance to make a Prediction.

Faction B decodes Message #2 after Prediction Window --> Faction B gets 2 pts for Discovery; Both Faction loses the chance to make Predictions for Tessera OLW. Nemesis wins 2 pts for Prediction.

Example scenario 3:

The Prediction Window has passed. Nemesis gets 2 pts for Prediction from each Tessera, so a total of 4 pts.

Faction A decodes Message #2 within Discovery Window --> Faction A gets 2 pts for Discovery.

Faction B decodes Message #2 after Discovery Window --> Faction B gets 0 pt; Nemesis gets 2 pts for Discovery.
