I've escalated this location for internal review. I'll let you know once it's been reviewed and updated.

Please also keep in mind that the form is only a temporary solution, we're looking to move abuse reporting into Wayfarer (similar to how reports function in Pokémon GO, Ingress, Harry Potter: Wizards Unite) so you'll be able to receive a ticket number and have a path to request updates on the status. It's still being implemented, but it's coming!
