オリバー：エージェント諸君、聞いてくれ。話があるんだ。さて、2018年のことなんだが、私は当時、ヒューロン・トランスグローバル社で働いていた。そこでの仕事には賛否あったが、道徳や倫理に縛られることなく実験には大きな自由が与えられていたよ。同時に囚人のような扱いも受けていたがね。どこへ行くにも武装した警備員の随伴があった。結局のところ、私もそれが科学的創造性に寄与しないと考えていたところにエゼキエル・カルビンからの誘いがあり、もっと良い条件を提示されたってわけだ。ナイアンティック計画に従事することさ。ヒューロンを抜けることは口で言うほど容易くはないとは伝えたよ。ヒューロンから密かに私を運び出すことは容易いとジークは言ったが、見返りも求めてきた。ヒューロンを抜け出す前に何かを持ち出すよう求めてきたんだ。無論、最初は単なる産業スパイなんだと思っていたんだが、それはもっと困惑させるものだったよ。ヒューロンにはある同僚がいた、サラだ。えっと、詳しい名前は思い出せないんだが、そのサラが肌身離さず付けている指輪があったが、どういうわけかカルビンはそのことを知っていて、それを私に盗むよう求めてきていたってわけだ。とんでもない要求ではあったけど、なんとかサラの指から気づかれることなくその指輪を抜き取ることができ、その日のうちに機体記号もないヘリコプターがヒューロン上空を飛んでいたよ。ヒューロン社の高層ビル上層階にフックが打ち込まれ、文字通り私は引き抜かれていった。全く非常識で恐ろしく、そして爽快な気分だったさ。

Guess what agents, it's story time. So, back in 2018, I was working at Hulong transglobal. There were, let's just say, some pros and cons to that job. In the protocol, they gave a high degree of latitude to conduct experiments without regards to morality or ethics. On the con side, they treated me somewhat like a prisoner. Armed guards everywhere I went. In the end and I decided it wasn't very conducive to scientific creativity. But Ezekiel Calvin reached out and made me a better offer to work with the Niantic Project. I told him getting me out of Hulong would be easier said than done. Zeke said that it should be easy enough matter to spirit me away from Hulong but there was something that he wanted in return. He wanted me to take something from Hulong before I left, so yes, of course I assumed at first they'd be simple matter of corporate espionage, but in the end, he wanted something more more baffling. I had a colleague at Hulong, Sarah. Um...I can't remember her name. Anyway, there was a ring that Sarah wore every day. I didn't notice that somehow Calvin knew about it and it was that ring that he wanted me to steal. It was a tall order, but somehow I was able to slip that ring off Sarah's finger maybe with a little...without her noticing. Later that day an unmarked helicopter flew into Hulong air space. They shot a grappling hook into one of the upper floors of Hulong high rise and literally extracting me. It was insane, scary and exhilarating.
