ラック・ザ・ボックスとは、10ポンド以上の荷重をラックに積み3時間以内に徒歩で10km以上を踏破する競技型チームイベントです。最長距離を踏破したチームにはエリートゴールドのラック・ザ・ボックス・パッチが提供されます。10kmの要件を満たした全チームがスタンダード・パッチを得ることができます。誰でもご参加できますが、参加登録が必要となります。

What is Ruck the Box? RtB is a competitive team event to cover at least 10km on foot within 3 hours wearing 10+ lbs of weight in your ruck. The team that covers the greatest distance will receive the elite gold Ruck the Box patch. All teams finishing the 10k requirement will earn the standard patch. Anyone can participate, but registration is required.
