今回の件で報告してくれた皆さんに感謝するよ。リサージェンス・メダルの問題を修正したうえで、全てのエージェントへ配信を再開した。

今後数週間以内には本来のアクセスレベルを反映した適切な階層となるように、リサージェンス・メダルの更新を行っていくよ。例えば、アクセスレベルが12であったにも関わらずレベル13～14を対象としたゴールド・メダルを受け取っていた場合、そのリサージェンス・メダルは本来配信されるべきであったシルバーメダルへと更新される。ただし、今回の問題のせいで意図せずレベルアップしたエージェントに対してダウングレードやレベルダウンといった措置は行わない。

リサージェンス・メダルの配信は一時的に中断させていたが、その後適切な階層で配信を再開させているよ。アクセスレベル8のエージェントが来週までにリサージェンス・メダルを受け取れていなければ、イングレス・ヘルプセンターからNIA OPSチームへ問題として報告すべきだね。

Thank you to everyone for reporting this. We've corrected the issue with the Resurgence medal going forward, and have restarted medal distribution for all agents.

In the coming weeks, we'll update the Resurgence medal to reflect the correct medal tier based on the agent's original Access Level. For example, if an agent is Level 12 and received the gold medal meant for Level 13-14 agents, then their Resurgence medal will be updated to reflect the correct silver medal tier. We will not be downgrading or down-leveling agents who inadvertently leveled up because of this issue. Thank you.

What about low level agents? New agents (L8) told us they got nothing.

@AlexRowe we previously paused the rollout of the Resurgence medal, but have since restarted it with the correct medal tiers. If Level 8 agents still aren't seeing the Resurgence medal by next week, the best thing would be for them to report the issue to our Ops team via the Ingress help center.
