トゥルースシーカー諸君、テザーハンドが世界的なメディアドロップによってこのテッセラを送り込もうとしているとの情報があった。発見した場合はこちらで報告してくれれば、第1発見者として認められる資格を得られるかもしれないし、場合によっては配置を推察する権利も得られることだろう。認証された発見者は日本標準時2019年11月18日午前11時までに推察してもらう必要がある。

また、テッセレーション・ディレクティブが更新されたことにも留意してくれ。理由を問わず発見報告に編集を加えてはならず、編集された投稿は資格を失うことになるだろう。

Truthseekers: I've received intel that the Tethered Hand will soon be dropping this Tessera as a global media drop. Anyone who finds it, please post here to be eligible to be designated First Discoverer, and to possibly earn the right to make a Placement Prediction. Verified Discoverers, you will have until November 18th at 0200 UTC to make your predictions.
