アンブラ・チケットの交換について

エージェントの皆さん、アノマリーチケットの交換に関する質問へ回答いたします。いま現在は次の手続きが可能となっています。

オンサイト・アクティベーション（無料）チケットをオンサイト・アクティベーション（有料）チケットへ変更。この手続きにはオンサイト・アクティベーション（有料）チケットを購入しなければなりません。
オフサイト・アクティベーション（有料）チケットをオンサイト・アクティベーション（有料）チケットへ変更。当初と同じ都市のオンサイト・チケットへ引き換えできるプロモーション・コードが生成されます。また、チケット変更により参加都市のフレンド招待プロモーション・コード2名分も受け取ることでしょう。

チケット変更の申込期限は日本標準時2019年10月10日（木）午前02時となっています。

We wanted to address your questions about exchanging Anomaly tickets. We are currently only able to do the following:

Change from an Onsite Activation (Free) ticket to an Onsite Activation (Paid) ticket. This will require you to purchase the Onsite Activation (Paid) ticket.

Change from an Offsite Activation (Paid) ticket to an Onsite Activation (Paid) ticket. Changing an Offsite ticket to an Onsite ticket will generate a promo code to be used to redeem your Onsite ticket for the same location as the original Offsite ticket. You will also receive two friend Onsite invite promo codes for the city you will be attending once you change your ticket.

The deadline to submit a ticket change request is Wednesday, October 9th, 2019 @ 1700 UTC.
