This morning, one of the top three streaming media giants released a series entitled "Ingress: The Animation." Therein the Hulong Transglobal Corporation, which has been a beacon of prosperity and hope in developing countries, was inaccurately portrayed as a ruthless and corrupt exploiter of "conflict minerals." According to 'Lightner Consulting' this is misleading and perhaps inflammatory.

We have long worked with communities and varying 501.C's to improve the lives of those we work with. The exploitation of "exotic matter" has not and will never be a component of our growth strategy. Leaving the world a better place for our children is fundamental to the values of our diverse workforce. We pay fairly for the metals we move from the ground to your phones, to the leaders of these sovereign countries. It is not our place to be judgemental about their ethics. We believe in self determination and encourage it.

We believe strongly in artistic freedom and expression and are forming an advisory committee on how to proceed against the falsehoods and mean-spirited portrayal of our organization in "Ingress: The Animation"
