【札幌アノマリー有料キット、金曜日受付での郵送対応について】
エージェントの皆様、この度はサポーターキットの遅延により多大なご迷惑をお掛けし、深くお詫び申し上げます。

遅延の対策として、金曜日の受付は有料と無料受付の両方を行った上で、有料キット受付の方には後日配送の対応をさせていただきます。

その際お手数をお掛けいたしますが、弊社より用意させていただくフォームに配送先の情報をご記入ください。

キットが会場に到着し引き渡しが可能な準備が出来た場合は、その時点で後日配送の受付を停止し、通常通り会場での引き渡しに変更させて頂きます。

We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences caused by the delay of the Anomaly kits.

On Friday, we will proceed with registration for both free and paid tickets. For those of you with paid tickets, we will take your shipping information and ship them to you after the Anomaly.

If the Kits arrive to the venue, we will revert back to the standard pickup procedure.
