エージェントの皆様、直近のデータスクレイピングの問題に関して、サポートしていただき誠にありがとうございます。本件に関する調査状況のアップデートと対応処置を共有いたします。

弊社はプレイヤーコミュニティに悪影響を及ぼす不正なIngressのゲームデータの抽出、スクレイピング、データベースの作成等、利用契約に反するシステムやツールの停止措置に向けて動き出しました。また、これらの行為に関与したと思われるアカウントは既に削除の対応をいたしました。引き続き同様のシステム等の存在を調査いたします。

弊社は不正なプレイを許可はせず、皆様の安全と公平にプレイできる環境を提供する責任があります。これからもコミュニティと共に協力しながら楽しく冒険を体験していただくのが弊社の望みです。

Thank you for your support as we continue to address issues related to the recent data scraping incident. We want to provide you an update on the situation and our response to date.

We have taken initial action against a first set of systems and tools designed to negatively impact the player community through extracting, scraping, or indexing Ingress data in violation of our Terms of Service. In addition, we have terminated certain accounts that we found related to these activities. We will continue enforcing our TOS as we learn about other similar systems.

We take the safety of our players and fair play very seriously; cheating is not permitted and we want to continue working with the community to foster an atmosphere of fun and adventure.
