For those of you who aren't familiar with me, let me quickly Introduce myself. My name Is Mustafa Said and for the last 5 years, I have dedicated myself to the pursuit of answers... to the tirelessquest for the truth behind the events within the world of I ngress.
We are currently entering a new era in this world and the powerful forces that are at the epicenter are refusing to be idle In this period. We've seen gigant ic strides in the creation of new and unique Exotic Matter technology, such as the Lawson Power Cube, the MUFG capsule and the Softbank Ultra Link Amp. The expansions in the field of Chaotic Matter experimentation are not to be forgotten as well with Strategic Explorations spearheading the movement with the releaseof the Chaotic Matter store and the development of the Portal Frakker and Key Lockers.
Yet there Is far more to be explored and the various organizations, both Corporate and governmental, will exert all resources needed in order to remain at the forefront of this evolving platform with the potential to shape and transform our world in ways we haven't even begun to imagine.
With this larger expansion and foray into the world of Exotic Matter comes, unfortunately, with the continued silencing of those who wish to expose what is happening behind closed doors and in the shadows. I would like to deeply extend my gratitude to Henri Richard Loeb, Edgar Allan Wright and the wonderful civilian Investigators across various communities, such as Essex, Project Isthmus and Project Lycaeum, who have worked to great lengths to ensure that this expansion is made public.
As some of you are aware, Aklra Tsukasa is now the new Director of the November Lima XM Detection Vehicle Program. Her work has yielded new and exciting activities for Ingress Agents worldwide but they have come as great risks that she has tried and failed to hide.
Unlike Akira, I do not possess the ability to create and distribute High-Level Portal Farms or grant any reward to those who assist this request of mine. I would like to formally request to all active Ingress Agents and civilian Investigators this challenge: Study the November Lima Program to the fullest extent. Bring Exogenous Glyphs to the various Vehicles that dot the planet andsee what happens. Interview Ethan Lepouttre, Aklra Tsukasa and anyone associated with the Program. Share your discoveries with everyone. Let us, once and for all, expose in totality the November Lima Program.
