エックスエム関連活動に対する資金調達再開を目論む国家情報局に何かしらの軋轢が生じており、ジェイ・フィリップスと思しき JP なる人物は、資金調達に歯止めを掛けようとしている者たちを「あっといわせる」よう部下に檄を飛ばしたようだね。

予期せぬ事態だ。我々のエックスエム研究開発に対する資金調達の再開要請に何かしら軋轢が生じている。トランジショナルチームのブリーフィング準備を進めておく必要があるだろう。何者かは今のところわかっていない。誰の仕業なのか、如何なる狙いがあるのか突き止めるために人員を割け。

このブリーフィングを準備するうえでは幹部が必要だな。トランジショナルチームの誰かが質問状を送ることだろう。穴埋めを進めろ、民間や外国の関係者を洗い出し、旧ナイアンティック施設やその研究者たちの状況を確認するのだ。あらゆる準備を万全に整えろ、一刻の猶予もないぞ。

オムニボアをフル稼働させよ。あらゆるヒューミントとコミントを投入してブリーフィングに役立てろ。

計画の中断は何としても避けねばならん。

This came my way via a source in the NIA -- I won't say more, can't overstate the value of knowing people inside the labyrinthine world of shadowy intelligence groups.

Looks like the NIA's attempt to re-up their funding for XM related activities is hitting some friction, and JP (Jay Phillips, probably) is lighting a burner under his staff to make sure they 'wow' whoever is going to be controlling their purse strings...

RE: TRANSITION TEAM BRIEFING

Unexpected development. There's some friction to our request for XM R&D re-funding. We are going to need to prepare a briefing for the transition team. Don't know who yet. Put some resources on seeing if we can figure out who it would be -- if we can find an angle on them.

I need top people on getting this briefing prepped. Someone on the transition team is going to be sending over a list of questions. Start work on gapfill ... private sector / foreign actor research -- status of the original Niantic Project facility, researchers etc. Get all the ducks in order, no time to sit on this.

No limits on Omnivore time, all humint / comint resources to be made available for briefing prep.

Last thing we need is to get cut off at the knees.
