キャリー・キャンベルの遺体がどうなったのかに関しては、さらに謎深い。

私の知る限り、P.A.シャポーが遺体を目撃した最後の人物である。唯一わかっているのはタイコの作成した一枚の画像であり、それは彼女がシカゴの遺体安置所に納められているものであった。

記録をあたってみたところ、彼女の死は原因不明の自殺と処理されており、これは事実上の未解決事件を意味していた。彼女は埋葬されたのか、あるいは火葬されたのか問い合わせたところ、杜撰なことに遺体の管理記録が紛失されていた。これは大いなる驚きであった。

遺体の異常な状況やそこまでの経緯にもかかわらず、調査が行われた形跡はなかった。警察を非難するつもりはない。あらゆる謎が解明できるわけでもないし、そういったものは従前の警察機構よりもナイアンティック調査員の方が本質に迫り得ることだろう。

留意すべきは、クルーとエイダの精神が統合されるに至った事件とほぼ同時刻に彼女が死んだということである。それは我々がグリフとその力を理解しようとし始めた最中のことだった。期待と不安に包まれていたときのことだ。

ティース・オブ・ヒドラ事件における調査は、現在進めている調査や最近の事件（特筆すべきはローブがクルーとエイダの精神を分離させようと試みた事件）と極めて深い関連性があるように思える。

The Disposition of +Carrie Campbell's corpse was even more mysterious.

P. A. Chapeau was the last person known to me who saw it.  A graphic image created by +Tycho C. is the only known image of her corpse in a morgue in Chicago.

I checked the records. Carrie's death is listed as suicide by unknown cause and technically remains a cold case with the CPD. I inquired where she had been buried or cremated. Somehow, 'the bureaucracy' had managed to 'misplace' that information. Big surprise.

There is no active investigation despite the unusual circumstances of her death and the events leading up to it.  I'm not blaming the police. Not every mystery is solve-able and those within the Niantic Investigation are probably better equipped to understand the true nature of this case than a conventional police force anyway.  

It should be noted that her death happened at approximately the same time as the incident that led to Klue and ADA become a unified mind. It was when we were just beginning to learn about Glyphs and their power. There was both opportunity and fear in the air.

The events during the Teeth of the Hydra era of the investigation are seeming very relevant to both my investigation today and to other recent events (particularly Loeb's attempt to separate Klue and ADA's minds.)
