イギリスの極秘諜報機関MI20からイギリス全土に跨るエックスエム・パワースポットの存在が明らかとなった。

この諜報機関が今なお実在するのかは不明だが、ポータルデータベースの一部がブリストルに拠点を置くクリエイティブエージェンシーの手に落ち、シュー（SCHUH）として知られるファッション性の高い靴の販売企業など顧客利益を目的に知識が悪用されているようだ。

イギリス国防省と統合情報部隊（JFIG）の双方が存在を否定しているものの2014年に一人の陰謀ブロガーによって発見された一連の文書は1990年代半ばまでそのプログラムが実在しており、今日でもなお動作している可能性を示唆していた。

MI20は第一次世界大戦後に「有り得そうもない科学的手段」という類のものを探求することを目的に設立された。MI20におけるプログラムの多くは失敗に終わったが、そこでイギリス全土に跨ぐ「パワースポット」のネットワークを識別することができ、その場所に関する大規模データベースの構築に着手していたのではなかろうか。

漏洩情報によれば、**********は、父親の遺品であるこの写しを入手した。そして、ブリストルに拠点を置くクリエイティブエージェンシー、**********を設立し、この知識を用いることで、人口が多く顧客もいる場所にパワースポットを活用できる店舗を構えた。

添付書類C-7もまたMI20に関する漏洩情報の一部としてブロガーにより明らかにされたものだ。この画像はブリストルに拠点を置くクリエイティブエージェンシー、**********において作成された内部資料のひとつである。分析官によれば、これらの座標はいずれも国家情報局が把握するエックスエム・ポータルに相関するものだという。このポータルネットワークは、シューとして知られるファッション性の高い靴の販売企業の店舗に相関するというのだ。シューの幹部が店舗を決定する際にポータルネットワークの存在を知っていたとは思えないが、調査員はシューが長年に渡って**********と関係を維持していることを突き止めている。

MI20, a secret British Intelligence Agency, uncovered a series of XM Powerspots across the UK.

It is unknown if the Agency still exists, but it seems that part of their database of Portals fell into the hands of a Bristol-based Creative Agency, which exploited the knowledge for the benefit of their clients, including a high-fashion footwear vendor known as Schuh.

Both the Ministry of Defence and JFIG have denied the existence of MI20, but a series of documents uncovered by an online conspiracy blogger in 2014 confirmed that the program existed until at least the mid 1990s, and potentially continues to operate to this day.

According to the leaked information MI20 was established following World War Ⅰ to explore what it termed 'unlikely scientific avenues.' While most of MI20's programs ended in failure, it now appears that they were able to identify a network of 'Powerspots' across the United Kingdom, and had begun to build an extensive database of their locations.

According to the leaks, ********** obtained a copy of this belonging to his deceased father. He founded **********, a Creative Agency based in Bristol, and leveraged this inside knowledge to enable a number of his clients to build stores that could leverage the benefit these Powerspots had on the nearby population and their customers.

C-7: MAP OF 'POWERSPOTS' CORRELATING TO 'SCHUH' STORE NETWORK

The map in Attachment C-7 was also uncovered by the blogger as part of the MI20 leaks. This image was part of an internal presentation created at ********** (the Bristol-based Creative Agency). Analysts confirmed that each site on this map correlates to the NIA's list of known XM Portals. This Portal Network appears to correlate to storefronts for a high fashion footwear vendor known as SCHUH. While it does not currently appear that SCHUH exectives were aware of the Portal Network while planning their locations, operatives have confirmed that SCHUH has maitained a longstanding relationship with **********.
