この記事を見て、我々の古き友人ケン・オーウェンのことを思い出した。彼の仕事が大衆を誤認させるための虚偽情報の宣伝活動や情報の改ざんであったことに諸君は疑問に思っていることだろう。常より彼は隠密作戦のためにありふれた情報を提供してきたが、ジェイ・フィリップスが彼に対して国家情報局における役目から持ち場を離れることを許可したとは聞いていない。これは今回のアノマリーを前になんらかの辻褄を合わせようという情報操作なのだろうか。

Saw this and it reminded me of our old friend Ken Owens.  You might wonder where he got a job being a disinformation propagandist and news manipulator.  Apparently, he cut his teeth planting false stories and bogus science reports in journals and on the internet in order to mislead the public.  Usually, he'd offer mundane explanations for covert operations. Given that we haven't heard from him since Phillips gave him an hour to leave his post at the NIA, I wonder if this is a cover story for certain things taking place in front of this anomaly.  http://www.iflscience.com/space/how-watch-zodiacal-light-month

PAC thinks a story about an astronomical event this month is  disinformation planted by Ken Owen to cover activity leading in to the Shōnin Anomaly...

Possible, but unlikely. It serves to illustrate, however, just how effectively someone like Ken Owen operates. What's real, what's a lie? The ability to engineer doubt is an incredibly powerful weapon.

If Owen and Phillip come to a head and one of them has to leave the NIA, I wonder who it will be, and where that person will go next...
