マーティン・シューベルトのことが私の周囲で話題となっている。ジュネーブにあるナイアンティック研究施設から解放されたのち、イリヤ・ペフツォフがヴィスル・テクノロジー社でエックスエム開発を主導するデヴラ・ボグダノヴィッチへの協力を彼に打診したというのだ。

ここのところ、IQテック・リサーチ社はドイツ国内での動きを活発化させ、数千ものボーダフォン取扱店舗がポータル化しており、エックスエム技術における二大巨頭間の対立は熱を帯びている。

今回の研究報告文書は、国家情報局とHAZDATAの配慮でナイアンティックへ残っていたシューベルトが最後の日に執筆したものなのかもしれず、かつて議論したこともあるエックスエムとシェイピングの影響に新たな事実を提示したものだ。

だが、オペレーション・カサンドラが遂行される中では、この文書には新たな事実も浮かび上がらせる。エックスエムとシェイピングが個々人へどのように影響を及ぼすかではなく、組織全体へどのように影響を及ぼすかを考えねばなるまい。

私は懐疑派の役割としてナイアンティック計画へ招かれた。

エックスエムに関しては疑問視する声や支援できないと考える声は数多くあるが、エックスエムには更なる調査の価値を有する性質があることは断言できる。次に挙げることにはダブルブラインドテストが適切に終えられるまでは判断を差し控えるが、大きな期待を持てる分野だと言えよう。

既知のエックスエム効果：

一般的認知能力：被験者は私を含めて地理的社会的環境と前後関係の双方に対する意識向上が生じている。

身体的変化：被験者には体力増加、筋肉増強、体重減少が報告されている。これがエックスエムに直接起因しているか、スキャナーの使用に関連する歩行、登山といった活動に起因しているかははっきりとしていない。

芸術に対する感受性向上：被験者には芸術に対する関心の向上が報告されている。これは芸術に触れる機会が多いことを指摘する者もいるが、作品で表現される発想や感情に「エックスエムによる強化」が示唆される感覚を経験した者もいる。これは客観的検証の必要性を認めるものである。

自立向上：私自身も全般に及ぶより強大な力を感じ取っている。（エックスエム研究に固有の問題として効果的な防御策が存在しないことが分かっており、研究に関与する科学者や被験者へ影響を及ぼす可能性がある。）

長期的影響：「シェイピング」とは累積的なものであると私は考えている。エックスエムに曝露するごとにその影響は顕著となっていく。エックスエムの大規模な噴出は啓示の夜と同じく大きな効果があるが、これには更なる研究を要する。

創造性：キャリー・キャンベル及びエノク・ダルビーの例があるように、創造性の向上は確かなことのようだ。芸術の質に関しては主観的なものとなるが、制作速度が高まっていることは疑いようがない。

Martin Schubert has been in the news at the periphery of our world recently. After being released from the Niantic Facility in Geneva, the word was that Ilya Pevtstov was attempting to convince him to join +Devra Bogdanovich at the helm of +Visur Technology's XM Development program.

A recent push by +IQTech Research into German territory, activating thousands of Vodafone stores as Portals, increased the heat of the conflict between these two towering giants in the world of XM technology.

This research top-sheet, likely written in the final days of Schubert's stay at Niantic courtesy of the NIA and Hazdata, casts light on a topic we've discussed before, the effects of XM and Shaping on us.

In the environment of Operation #Cassandra, however, the document takes on new light. We have to step back and view this not as how XM and Shaping might impact an individual, but how it might change an entire institution.

That is my question for you all today. We've always held the idea that XM and Shaping can not change the quintissential 'you,' it merely enhances the capabilities and potential you always had. A scientist could become a great scientist, but a scientist may not be able to become a master pianist. Is there a deeper element at play in the Enlightenment's push to saturate global powercenters in XM... Is there a way to control the direction in which an individual or institution is shaped, and might the glyphs or some other mechanism play a role? A passcode, as always, to thoughtful contributors.

SUBJECT: MARTIN SCHUBERT - SUMMARY OF INVESTIGATION

I was brought to Niantic as a skeptic.

While tlhere are many claims about XM that I find either dubious or unsupportable, I can say with great confidence, that XM does have certain qualities which make it worthy of further study. The following are areas which I feel hold a great deal of promise though I am holding back full judgement untill a double-blind test can be properly conducted.

Known effects of XM:

General Cognitive Awareness: Subjects, including myself, have experienced increased awareness of both geographical and social environment and context.

Physical Changes: Subjects have reported increased stamina as well as muscle gain and weight loss. Whether this is directly attributable to XM or whether it is due to activities related to Scanner usage (walking, climbing, etc.) is yet to be deterimined.

Increasing Receptivity to Art: Subjects report a greater interest in art. While some suggest that this is due to more exposure to art, I have personany experienced sensations that suggest 'enhancement from XM' to ideas and emotions represented in work of art, thouglh I stress that this must be objectively tested.

Greater Self Reliance: I find myself feeing a general sense of greater capability. (I might note that one of the problems endemic to the study of XM might well be that it may affect scientists involved in conducting the study as well as the subjects themselves as no effective shielding is known to exist.)

Long-term Effects: It is my belief that 'Shaping' is cumulative. The more XM one is exposed to, the more, effect it has. Huge blasts of XM have great effect as in the Epiphany Night experience. More study needed here.

Creativity: Increased creativity is highly probable as evidenced by Carrie Campbell and Enoch Dalby. While quality of artwork is a subjective issue, there can be no doubt that quantity of productivity has accelerated.
