ヒューロン・トランスグローバル・インダストリーズ社

経営陣
アーウィン・ヒューロン（ファーストネームは複数あり）によって創設されたヒューロン・トランスグローバル（HTG）は、表面的には中華人民共和国政府・軍と深いつながりを持つ、極めて成功した「在外華人」企業であるが、「三合会」として知られる犯罪結社との関係性も疑われている。

何者がヒューロン・トランスグローバルを運営しているのか正確なところは不明であるが、登記簿には実在の人物か否かは不明なものの一般的な中国人名が並んでいる。

主要システム
トランスグローバルな(世界を股にかける)企業として機能するために、ヒューロンには信頼性の高い資金源が必要である。それらのソースはほとんど未確認であるが、彼らは在来・非在来の堅強な資金源を有していると考えられる。

彼らはあらゆるレベルの技術者、マーケティングスタッフ、主催者、管理者の流入を要求し、そのようにして稼働させている企業を備えている。

しかしながら"子会社"のうち幾つかは疑わしい。例えばストラテジック・エクスプロレーションズ社などはどことなく破壊活動グループか、専属のPMC(民間軍事会社)を装っている。いわば小さな軍事会社である。

インフラ
ヒューロン・トランスグローバル社は、世界各地にHTGあるいは他の様々な子会社名義を掲げたオフィスを持つ。留意すべきはこれらの企業が様々な法的根拠により存在する以上、HTGは非常に結合力のある組織であるということだ。

陣容
企業の用語である"陣容"は、通常は会社とその利益を守る順法的なロビー活動および一連のセキュリティを意味するが、上述したようにHTGの場合は実際に文字通りの軍事的な意味での"陣容"をも有している(前項「主要システム」を参照)。

コメント
ヒューロン・トランスグローバル社に関するいかなる評定においても、熟考すべき重要な部分がある。なぜなら、ヒューロン博士（Dr.Hulong、そのような人物は創作ではなく実在したと考えられる）は、HTGの認知や印象を誘導するため、透明化への抵抗、偽情報、従来型宣伝素材といった重要な作業に関わっていたからである。

ヒューロン周辺の教義は不明瞭である。彼らの意図のどこまでが真に利益を生むためか、どこまでが中国の関心を諸外国へ広めるためかの区分が難しい。

HULONG TRANSGLOBAL INDUSTRIES, CORP.

LEADERSHIP

Founded by Erwin Hulong (various first names given), Hulong Transglobal(HTG) is, on the surface, a highly successful "foreign Chinese" corporation with ties to the PRC government and military and alleged ties to criminal organizations generically known as "The Triad."

It is unknown exactly who runs Hulong Transglobal, but corporate filings list a board of generic Chinese names which may or may not be linked to actual people.

ESSENTIAL SYSTEMS

In order to function as a Transglobal Corporation, Hulong needs reliable financing. Though their sources are largely unconfirmed, there is reason to believe that they have robust conventional and nonconventional finance sources.

They require an influx of technicians, marketing staff, organizers, and managers of all levels. They have companies operate this way.

However, some of their "subsidiaries" are more questionable. Strategic Explorations, for example, is a thinly disguised disruption group or single client PMC (private military company). In other words, a small corporate military force.

INFRASTRUCTURE

Hulong Transglobal has corporate offices all over the world, flagged both as HTG and under various other subsidiary names. It should be noted that while these companies exist for various legal reasons, HTG is an extremely cohesive organization.

FIELDED FORCES

While the corporate term "fielded forces" usually means legal lobbying and security groups which protect the company and its interests, HTG actually possesses fielded forces in the literal military sense, as noted above (see "Essential Systems").

COMMENTS

Any assessment of Hulong Transglobal contains a significant portion of speculation, as Dr.Hulong (assuming such a person exists and is not an invention), employs significant counter-transparency, disinformation, and conventional PR resources to sculpt the perception and image of HTG.

The ambient doctrine of Hulong is unclear. It is difficult to sort how much of their intention is truly to make profits and how much of it is to spread PRC interests abroad.
