第1フェイズで幾多のポータル発見に尽力してくれた勇敢なる探検家の皆さん、そしてオペレーション・ポータルリコンへ参画してくれた幾千の方々によってポータルネットワークはこの星を覆い尽くす広まりをみせています。これはエージェントの皆さんによる不断の努力あってのことです。

そして今、新たなフェイズが始まろうとしています。

本日よりオペレーション・ポータルリコンではレベル11以上のエージェントを対象にイングレス・スキャナーを利用した新たなポータル申請を支援いたします。

過去の偉大な貢献を評し、第1フェイズ（2015年09月02日までの期間）に申請されていたポータルに対して今後数ヶ月内で遡及的にシーアメダルが配付されることでしょう。

現時点および今後のフェイズにおけるポータル申請はシーアメダルへは計上されませんのでご留意ください。

From the intrepid explorers who helped discover countless Portals during the Phase 1 Expansion, to the thousands who have joined Operation Portal Recon since the Portal Network extends across this planet thanks to the diligence of Agents like you.

Now, a new phase is about to begin.

Effective immediately, OPR will now support new Portal Submissions via the Ingress Scanner for Agents L11 and higher.

In recognition of vital past contributions, all accepted Portal Submissions made during the Phase 1 expansion (until 9/2/2015) will be honored towards the Seer medal retroactively in the coming months.

Portal Submissions in the current and future expansion phases will not count towards the Seer medal.
