Had to cut my report on that strange encounter short... here's the last beat on that:

What I didn't mention last time, was that I could tell what was really going on. This person was testing me... trying to figure out if I'm a front man for a cover-up or planting disinformation.

I told them straight: I give shards of truth amidst disinformation -- that's because I know this is a dangerous world and trust is a rare and valuable thing. How to separate the two? That's the litmus test -- if you're tuned in enough to spot the truth and spot the lies, you earned the right to know which is which.

As far as I'm concerned, this person is the one trying to drum up noise and disinformation. We'll see where this goes.

Here's the rest of Hank's report on his chance encounter from a few days ago... Interesting observation about truth and disinformation -- it's a tactic I've used myself when I've needed to create some distance and a safety net around myself.

I've said this before, but I think it deserves to be repeated: The truth, ultimately, is not in any single piece of information -- it's in the network that connects them... like a bunch of magnets thrown together onto the ground -- some pieces repel, some attract, and ultimately the system organizes itself correctly...
