古代ローマ人探検家オブシディウスに関して新たな情報が明らかとなった。オブシディアンについて追う諸君の素晴らしい活躍に感謝したい。

オブシディウスの探検にまつわる文献の新たな断片がチュニジアはカルタゴにあるポータルから回収された。シュファクス（SYPHAX）という名のヌミディア人に先導されて旅していたようだが、この時代にも「センシティブ」に類似した概念がその存在を知る者の間で交わされていたようだ。畏敬の念を抱かざるを得ないアントニヌスの大浴場のローマ遺跡において、エージェントの Amine ALIOUA と Ali Heinthallas が情報をもたらすに至った類い希な出来事を映像で報告してくれた。オブシディアンを追う諸君に感謝したい。

第十節
ヴァラディアンに託された任務を遂行するようティトゥスは言った。その任務を誰にも明かすことなく、マグナスの名で知られる者のひとりと接触せねばならないと。そして今上のローマ皇帝の息子たるこの男は、私にとってその後の人生に残る言葉を紡いだ。「我が身に受けしユーピテルの恩寵をお前に分け与えることは叶わぬ。しかしながら、私は感じ取っているし、お前がベレニスに拝した折に彼女より裏づけも得ている。ベレニスはお前と同じく身分を隠してしばしば旅しているが、そのわけについてはここではどうでもよい。重要なのはベレニスがセンシティーバともいうべき者だということであろう。彼女を言い表すに最も相応しいラテン語であればだがな。」とね。ティトゥスは私に帝国全土の通行許可証を与え、シュファクスという名の案内人をつけたうえで、多額のセステルティウス貨を授けたもうた。

第十一節
北アフリカへと辿り着き、オラクルの所在を知る者などおらず、オラクルの発見は彼女の宿る聖域を明るみにする行為であることがわかった。案内人は役立たずなもので、危険な地域には足を踏ませようとはせずに現地の話をするに終始したのだ。私は独力でオラクルを見つけ出すしかないのだとわかった。やれねばならぬことは実に明瞭だ、我が特殊能力を発揮する機会が訪れたということであった。

OBSIDIUS - X & XI

A new piece of the Explorations of Obsidius has emerged from a Portal inCarthage, Tunisia.

It reveals that Obsidius was joined on his journey by a Numidian guide named Syphax, and that even in these ancient times, the concept of 'Sensitives' seemed to be in use among those in the know.

Surrounded by the haunting and awe-inspiring Roman ruins of the Antonine Baths, Agents Amine ALIOUA and Ali Heinthallas shared a video of the incredible adventure they undertook to bring us this intel.

XI. When I arrived in North Africa, I realized that no one knew exact location of the Oracle, and that the Oracle could only be found by uncovering the hallowed sanctuary where she dwelled. My guide was of no use, save to keep me out of dangerous lands and provide some local knowledge. I realized that I would have to find the Oracle myself. The task proved to be quite simple. I realized that it was yet another test of my special skills.
