本日、世界は偉大なる男を失った。この投稿を執筆するいまも私は驚きを隠せない。ジョー・フィリーは友人であるのみならず、私を含め世界中数多の人々にとってその創造性を刺激させる人物だった。ジョーはいつもとんでもない事を瞬く間にやってのけているように見えた。

昨日ジョー・フィリーの訃報を受け、我々は大きな悲しみに包まれている。ジョーはイングレス・コミュニティの中心人物であり、友であった。彼の働きによって、エージェントは社会的地位に関わらず繋がり合い、多くの笑顔を生み出した。

我々はご遺族と連絡を取った。詳細については追悼の場でお伝えしよう。深い哀悼の意をご遺族へ表したい。エージェントDelta102よ、君を失って寂しいよ。

+Joe Philley  has passed. I am his son in law and I know how important this group was to him. He was a good man and will be missed.

+Joe Philley was arguably one of - if not the - biggest BTS supporter. His last appearance on +Behind The Scanner was just one month ago:

We join the rest of the +Ingress community in simply saying - rest in peace Joe. Thank you for your passion and support over the years. Goodnight Boss.

The world has lost a great man today. I am still in shock as I write this. Joe Philley was not only a friend, but an inspiration to not just to myself, but to thousands of people across the world. Joe always seemed to be running a million miles a second (kind of like his driving from what I was told) but no matter what he was doing or how much he had on his plate, he was always able to say hi and wanted to know how you were doing. Where ever he went, a good time for all followed. When ever you needed anything, even if he was a thousand miles away, he would try to help. He was always busy, but never to busy for his friends. I had only had the pleasure of knowing him for a few years, but because of Joe I have memories that I will hold onto for the rest of my life. Joe Philley, you will be greatly missed, and from the bottom of my heart, thank you for all you have done.

We are devastated to share that our dear teammate Joe Philley passed away yesterday.  Joe was the backbone of the Ingress community and a friend to all.  Through his work he connected with thousands of Ingress Agents from all walks of life and brought smiles to many faces.  

We've been in touch with Joe's family and we'll share additional details on memorial services as we receive them. Our thoughts and deepest condolences go out to Joe's family.  We will miss you, Agent Delta102.
